Conditions
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Long term rentals (1 to 3 months) are subject to a specific contract.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. On request, we can provide a baby cot.
This is a nonsmoking apartment. It is however possible to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be obtained at info@bnb-ermitage.ch. They are issued for 2 nights or more, with or without breakfast, and are valid 2 years.
The gift vouchers are delivered electronically or by post and payment is made by bank transfer, credit card or TWINT.
Neuchâtel Tourist Card (NTC), the traveler’s access card to the Canton
The NTC is provided to anyone staying in a hotel or an other accommodation in the canton of Neuchâtel and entitles them to free access to the following services for the duration of their stay:
Rate of 140 CHF/night for the first three nights, then a decreasing rate (-2 CHF) down to 86 CHF/night for 30 nights.
Tourist tax of 4.20 CHF/night per adult in addition.
Supplement of 15 CHF/night for each additional person.
On demande, breakfast with homemade products (bread, “tresse”, muffins, granola, jams, etc.) at 10 CHF per person (free for children up to 12 years).
Payments
Deposit of 50% of total cost at the time of reservation by bank transfer, credit card or TWINT.
Balance to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation conditions
a) Short stays (2 to 7 nights):
- up to 15 days before arrival: 100 CHF of deposit
- between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total cost
- no show: 100% of the total cost
- b) Longer stays
- cancellation conditions will be determined at the time of the reservation.
